Subject: Need prayers

I've had many times where I've seen and experienced my husband's desire to be with us again. Then out of the blue he's no where near. He's definitely focusing on himself at these times with what he calls 'many worries'. I've found this very difficult because once he's close with us then my guard goes down. Then I get to where I count on him and not God. I keep thinking my prayers are being answered, but then the next thing I feel extremely 'let down' - and I blame God for it. I get discouraged because in my line of work and in the way I am with my family ('a giver' I guess) I keep forgiving and welcoming my husband whenever I talk to him or see him. I don't pursue. I've had some days when I need him to put his arm around me and tell me it's okay, to say 'I love you', to say 'you're beautiful, thank-you', or even 'lets try again, nothing's impossible'. I ache for more encouragement. When I get some I want a whole lot more. Other days I can put it all in perspective and mostly, I've let the Lord fill me with His Holy Spirit. But lately (this last week) when 'I came crashing down' I didn't even sense the Holy Spirit there. I just wanted to 'feel' loved...and I just couldn't feel it. I, so much want to send you a praise report. Some days I think I can, but then I am reminded those days are so very short-lived and don't seem to amount to much. I must say I'm not really sure what to believe in right now - or even what God wants me to believe right now. My human weaknesses seem just too real. Thanks for wanting to know.

Father, we lift up Susan to you in this hour for strength and encouragement and wisdom as she seeks to find peace and happniess in her life. Help her to find your plan of salvation and to feel your love for her. Thank you for loving us Lord even when we don't deserve it. Thank you for hearing our cries and comfort us. in Jesus name amen
