I am trying to find Tommy Swafford who I last seen February of 1994. We met at Northlands Job Corps in Vergennes, Vermont in August 1993. He was from Providence and Cumberland in Rhode Island. His birthday is March 11, 1977. Anybody who knows his whereabouts please let me know b/c I miss my first and only true love.
