Subject: Locate Father

My father's name is James Eugene Scarlett. I never knew him and I would like to find him. I am 23 years old and my mother's name is Beverly d. Osborn. I am guessing that he would be in his 40's. He was in the Army and stationed at Ft. McNair, DC. at one time.
