Subject: I need help.

My husband was born on May 9,1978 at St.Francis Hospital in Hartford,CT. He was adopted in September 1979 by Clement and Phyllis Watson.We learned his birth name was James Pinette. His moms first name is Susan and was 14 when he was born. The only thing we know about his father is he was 18 at the time. His mother was sent to a home for unwed mothers and after his birth she went to a group home. We need to find out more medical information to protect our childrens' future. We appreciate any help you can give us. Thank you.
