Subject: looking for dead beat dad

I am looking for a Michael Moerlins. Last known residence in Scranton, P.A. but most likely moved back to the Bronx. He is a known drug addict so should be easy to find. He is 42 years old, brown hair, brown eyes, 5 foot 7 inches. Tattoo of snake on shoulder. Girlfriend named Missy. Missy is from California. My son is disabled and needs his child support for his mounting doctor bills. Please help me find him. I am running out of time.
