Subject: Looking for my sister

I'm looking for my sister Tonya Thomas. She was born in Thailand. She's about 36. Our father was in the AirForce.
His name is Charlie Thomas. They call her mother Phin.
I think they moved to Taiwan when she was a baby. She may be in the USA. If anyone has information about my sister please Email me .
