I was born of 01.12.1966 in Stoke Newington, London,I know that my biological parents names are Barbara Winifred Forman and Michael Frederick Forman as they are the name that appear on my original birth certificate,I also know that I was born in a Jewish Hospital that had since been burnt down I understand that the women that handed me over to my adoptive mother when I was just 48 hrs old was called Ethna Patricia Sphinx.
