I have a daughter that was born 04/09/1972 to judy lynn williams, in sioux city iowa. her birth name was Kaylene marie Miller. She , was in foster care in sioux city ,iowa with a foster family named ingalls. he was a police officer. she was adopted while in their home at the age of four or five. all records were sealed, so i dont know if her name was changed or not. i would appreciate anyone who knows her to contact me or ask her to do so.
