Subject: Searching for Biological Parents

I'm looking for my stepson's biological parents who lived in Davenport, IA at the time of his birth in 1993. His birthname was Michael Anthony Brown, Davenport, IA. He would like to receive pictures, letters and begin a relationship with them. He needs to know they loved him. Also a medical family history would be helpful.
