Subject: looking for my father

I am looking for my father . i am wandering what happened .last i heard was the rcmp found me because my mother had a daughter and adopted her to her half brother and was kidnapt from Nova Scotia and had me been sent to guilf jail for stealing and hassent been heard from since my mother is mentel retarted so i was sent to a foster family since i was 4 month old i know of my mother but i dont know my bio father can you please help me no one else can. thanks Barbara.
