Subject: My mom is missing she lest me when I was 13 months old

I was 13 months old when my mom left me. I have not seen or heard from her since. I want to let her know that I am not going to hold anything against her for what she did. I understand that she ahd to do what she could to help me have a life she counldn't have. But I would like her to have something to do with my Kids now. My moms name is Debbie Lynn Nolan She was last seen in Tallahassee, Florida. She has Blond or light brown hair, brown Eyes. She is 5'4 about 125pds. She has a round like face. I am very desperate to meet her. I want to have something to do with her. I am 20 years old now going to college making my dreams come true now I want this one to come true.
