Subject: Looking for Lucinda Maxwell, 48-50yrs old

Looking for Lucinda Maxwell (Maxwell would be her maiden name). She would be about 49-50 yrs old. Her family lived in or around Ashville, Ohio in 1967. She attended Scioto Elementry School in Commercial Point, Ohio in 7th and 8th grade. Her father was a military man and I believe she was born in Tripoli, Africa.
