I know my birth name is David Blair, I was born December 1, 1950. I was born @ Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn New York. I have learned that I have a sister that was also given up for adoption (The Spence-Chapin Adoption service of 304 East 33rd Street, in the borough of Manhattan City, New York)If anyone has any information, please e-mail me.
