im 17 years old and i dont know what my mom looks like she was staying in jackson when she killed my brother and then she set the house on fire by trying to cover up what she did i was also in the house when this took place. All i can go on was by what i was told.i dont know my dad but their names are William McNeal and Theresa Barns. I am biracial my mom is white and my dad is black.she also went to jail for ten years i think this happend in 1989, in jackson,ms.
