Newly released Justice Department files tied to Jeffrey Epstein include explosive claims suggesting Microsoft co founder Bill Gates once tried to conceal a sexually transmitted disease from his wife after alleged encounters with foreign women.

The accusations appear in emails sent from an account believed to belong to Epstein himself. The messages are part of a massive document dump released by the Department of Justice on Friday, totaling roughly three million pages connected to the late financier and convicted sex offender.

In one particularly graphic message, Epstein appears to lash out at Gates for cutting off contact, accusing him of begging for help to quietly handle an STD without his wife finding out. The email claims Gates asked Epstein to delete messages related to the alleged infection and requested antibiotics that could be secretly given to Melinda Gates.

Epstein also mocked Gates for allegedly asking him to clean up other compromising details, framing the message as both retaliation and humiliation.

The document release was announced by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and came more than a month after a legally mandated deadline requiring the full Epstein archive to be made public.

While the files have so far revealed no information about Epstein’s past interactions with President Donald Trump, they have reinforced how deeply embedded Epstein was among global elites. Names connected to the documents include former President Bill Clinton, British political heavyweight Peter Mandelson, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, and Gates.

Another email attributed to Epstein paints an even darker picture, claiming he was pressured into helping powerful figures obtain drugs, cover up affairs, and facilitate secret encounters. The message alleges Epstein assisted Gates with obtaining medication to deal with the consequences of sex with Russian women and helped arrange illicit meetings with married women.

Gates’ camp wasted no time pushing back.

A spokesperson for the billionaire dismissed the allegations outright, calling them completely false and detached from reality. According to the statement, the emails reveal nothing more than Epstein’s resentment after Gates severed ties with him.

“The only thing these documents show is Epstein’s anger at being cut off and the lengths he was willing to go to smear and entrap,” the spokesperson said.

As more files continue to surface, the Epstein saga once again underscores how closely the disgraced financier orbited some of the most powerful figures in politics, business, and tech, and how ugly those relationships appear now under public scrutiny.
