I think everywhere is red-hot at the moment. I have just about fried my brains, working in the garden.

There was a sign on the Watchouse - COOLER INSIDE -. The shopping centres have been crowded, people getting relief from the heat. I have been doing my office work at 0200hrs. During the day it all turns into Papier Mache. I haven't airconditioned my office, because I don't like the aircon. I feel that working in it, is bad for your health.

The swimming pool is luke warm, and if I see Luke again, he will pay for it. I might get a truckload of ice, and tip it in.

Sad to hear you don't like your new house. That is why building from new is often better. You can get what you want, how you want it. From the photos, your old place looked fairly cool and airy. Well, don't melt away my friend. Remember, you are just getting acclimatised for the next life.
