Sounds like he is married to my wife. I came in after working till after midnight in the office. Here she was, laying down on the lounge in front of the TV, obviously fed and watered, as they say. At no stage had she even offered me a glass of milk and a bikkie.

I made the remark, that I would be better off being a dog. She raised one eyebrow in query. I replied, that if I were a dog, you would have to fucking-well feed me, by law.

The somewhat amusing thought struck me, at that point. That if I fell down dead from exhaustion, she would probably kick me aside with the remark. "Typical of Ralph, never finishes anything he starts." So that would be my epitaph. But she does have Irish ancestors.

Life was meant to be funny......Ralph.
