Subject: Politicians like to be blunt sometimes

In the NSW Legislative Assembly today, Mr R. H. L. SMITH: asked the Premier
"Will the Premier now apologise to the 17-year-old cadet journalist from
the Eurobodalla Sun newspaper for allowing the Premier's office to falsely
accuse him of making up a statement by the Premier that the Mogo charcoal
plant was "going ahead-end of story", when evidence of a statutory
declaration and a witness shows that the Premier did make such a
statement?" The Premier answered "No".
