Did you get my email? I mentioned in fact copied letter from publisher to me ...they are publishing my novel! At last! So I agree. Characters etc on these forums are indeed characters and develop their own feelings, etc. M Brat, on WF, almost got it right a few weeks ago, when he was trying to put BV down. He began quite well in what almost certainly was copied prose [re Liebniz, the German [Prussian] philosopher] and then he took over with his own writing and suddenly it was all amess mish mash mush...

As an author [how bloody wonderful it is now for me to be able to say this] I relish the feeling I get as my characters take over. They are definitely NOT mini Adrians but are separate beings, out of control of the author, but somehow managing to stay within certain parameters I set when I begin to write.

I went for a cupla years as four separate characters on a foreign forum until I deliberately gave the game away. You shudda heard the ruckus...betrayal...boo boo! It's definitely weird!
