Knew you'd be pissed!Don't fret though George,it'll come out in the wash...Oh so that Bitter is the beer that kicks like a mule?If your guests like Snags,I gurantee they would like Souse(Hog head cheese).You boil a hog's head(minus lamb)..cool pick meat off bone,mix with Sage and other seasonings,then wrap in a cheese cloth to shape it.The nastiest ass smell since swinged Chicken!
