no trouble with the exercises, or how to do them. I am a doubly qualified weightlifting coach, so I am aware of the muscle group mentioned.

I can assure all the guys that it works. Enables one to keep going for 10 - 20 minutes before orgasm, if needed. I think ones lady would appreciate that. That way, with practice, you can give your lover multiple orgasms. Or even better, bring them right up to the point several times. That really causes some havoc to a female.

General fitness helps also. No more than one drink for a male first. Alchohol really ruins perfomance for a man. I don't know if the grog wrecks a females performance also, but I suspect it does.
