I don't know about how God works, but I do know that every time you access any web site your browser sends it's I.P. address out. If it didn't then the web site wouldn't know where to send the page you requested and you wouldn't see it. The wwwboard has had the capability of showing that all along. Until recently it showed more than the I.P. address most of the time but didn't show anything some of the time. My guess is that they used to do a reverse DNS lookup which sometimes failed. So now they just use the raw I.P. address. Unfortunately an I.P. address is not always static. If you post from AOL for example, your I.P. address can change everytime your browser makes a new request. So blocking by I.P. address wouldn't be effective.

But the real question is why you think that the Admins would want to ban the people here?
