Subject: can u fix a vectrex in sacramento?

The vectrex gets power and sound but there is only a dot for the screen. Just like the faq. The previous owner said if he played with the power knob the screen would show up, diminished in size. It has been reduced to a point now, and I haven't seen it otherwise. Is there anyone willing to fix a vectrex in the sacramento or bay area?
