Subject: Homemade Overlays

sometime soon Im going to get a multicart with loads of games on, classic and homebrew. Although its convenient to have everything on the one cartridge, i wont have the overlays. I know i can print out overlays onto acetate, but original overlays are made of stiffer stuff, and i dont know if its possible to print out on thick Acetate. Has anyone got a good technique for making homemade overlays?
