Subject: Joystick nob

I have 2 controllers that are missing the nobs on the joysticks. These are the threaded types. Does anyone know where I can get some? Also I have a 3d helmet without the manual and would like to find a manual, even a copy would be great! I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks, Mike.
