Subject: VECTREX.INI HELP .. monitor settings on XP

I would like to say that i have tried my best to thoroughly check through all the posts and help files associated with my problem before postiing this call for assistance.

I am unable to run Vectrex.exe at all . there is a quick flicker of a dos prompt followed by what seems to be an attempt at a MONITOR CONFIG. after that the screen goes back to normal.
nothing initializes.

i am running XP PRO and commonly use 1600 x 1200 setup with 32 bit color.
my sony trinitron should be capable of handling any set up

i looked in the INI for reference but i do not know how to change the specified monitor settings..

HOW EXACTLY CAN I CURE THIS PROBLEM
i would love to be able to play vectrex
without spending 200 on a mint system from ebay
