Subject: sean kelly multicart question

Hi, Hope someone can shed some light on this i have a sean kelly multicart and it worked fine on my UK Vectrex, however when i use it on a US Vectrex it does not show a menu.

any ideas?
both vectrex'x play other games faultlessly
