do you have any suggestions as to how we can improve FACTS ?

Your suggestions can apply to the way we place the dealer's booths, the way the activities are organised, which new activities should be foreseen, which guest stars we should invite, how big / small FACTS should be, what kind of food should be served, etc. etc. Just let us know what kind of change you'd like to see.

There's only one rule : be realistic. Don't ask us for "a real life reenactment of the battle at Helm's Deep". As much as we'd love to be able to do so, that is just not possible.
