Hope is a dream
a faultless, wonderful dream.
It drives us up,
and hurts more bittersweet
when shattered.

Some fall
when hope is broken
yet others soar
never faulter
growing, flying
up beyond the domesday clouds
forming new hopes.

For a new hope
Dreams that sing
a glorious choral
that rises above
the black mirage of cluttered dark
the dark that is doubt
and hope's enemy

Never hide
behind shadows
and false dreams
both are specters
of true life

let hope rise as a true dream.
