The Salvation Army has won the right to continue operating in Moscow after a long court battle.
The international Christian charity was banned from Moscow last year after a local court ruled it was a "paramilitary grouping".

But Russia's Constitutional Court has now overturned the verdict, allowing the Salvation Army, whose uniforms and badges are a trademark in their evangelical charity work, to return to the city.
The organisation had, in any case, continued to function in other cities across Russia, despite hostility from the Russia's own religious authorities.
The Constitutional Court ruled that new legislation on religious organisations could not be used retrospectively against the Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army commander responsible for Russia, Colonel Kenneth Baillie, welcomed the decision.
"We only want to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and serve suffering humanity," he said.
Red tape ahead
Earlier, the organisation had suggested the real cause of the conflict in Moscow was the organisation's refusal to pay bribes.
