New Species-Aquartis
An aquartis is a rare human that can breath underwater without having to come up for air, like a mermaid but they have legs. But they can't swim as fast as mermaids and their toes are slightly webbed.
NOTE: Because aquartises are so rare you have to ask Taurus(the only aquartis in these areas, who lives in Atlantis) if you wish to be one. But at the moment no other aquartises are allowed, after more peolpe join she will allow more.
