GWS PEOPLE LISTEN UP.

Hitman and I started this clan so that we would have a nice band of people to play with. So far so good. What happens? I should have known this all along. People start acting hostile to each other over all sorts of small things. Im not gonna say who did what, but this is not why we are in a clan. Maybe i should have seen this coming, as i am 23 years of age, i have also been a small boy of 14 with the same attitides of some of our members. I dont blame anyone, probably its all my fault to think that we could just get along nice together.
And about Raziel, he wrote that i made him a leader, and well, in some way he is, because he is one of the older guys and he is gonna make the homepage. So that gives him responsability, it DOES NOT MEAN that he will be leader of this clan. ONLY HITMAN AND I ARE THE LEADRES! SO!! It was just that Raz is a bit more involved then others and stuff. He should actually not have written it in that way on the message board. He got promotion yes, but hes not a leader of the clan. Im sorry if anyone got pissed (shorty) because of this. It was NOT my intention to piss anyone off!! All the guys that were around from the beginning have a somewhat "leader" position. That includes lunatic, shorty and deluxe. The only thing is that i thought that they knew this, but now it seems Shorty got pissed because he thinks i passed him for leadership. NOT TRUE. Now i was talking about bahaviour that should be avoided. If anyone at any way feels pissed off (like shorty) DO NOT START TO ACT LIKE A CHILD!! PLEASE!! Dont rush and write some nasty things in the forum about everything, just calm down and think what you can do. TALK to me about any problem first. THERE ARE SO MANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS OTHERWISE!!! TALK THINGS OUT!!!
I dont know realy how to put this, but shorty, if you read this, im sorry if i pissed u off but u should also stop being childish. No one passed you in rank. Please understand. And if you deceide to leave GWS, and i hrealy hope you stay!!!!! ... wel good luck in your further RTCW carriere.
One more thing. We will start kicking anyone in GWS that doesnt get along with anyone else. Anyone who gets angry, FINE! TALK ABOUT IT!! do not start to act childich OR U WILL BE KICKED!! I hope hitman agrees on this. Otherwise we CANNOT have a decent clan. Anyway, what this means is that you can become angry, thats normal, we all have that, but try to solve it in a grown-up manner. that's all. And i know this is maybe too much for some people, but i hope we can all get along. We will see.

Well there u go because of all the troubles xetrov has blue fingers of typpin that whole story down...poor little xetrov :P .But he is right and i don't want to kick someone cuz u guys r all good players and nice ppl.And just anoy ppl who aren't in GwS but if we start to anoy each other our clan we fall apart just like we have seen woth other great clans and i don't want that to happen i put too much time in gettin this clan running together with Xet.so talk about problems and anoy NEWBIE CLANS INSTEAD OF UR CLANMATES!!!!!! -HITMAN
