Like any new track getting started, it is hard to find people that know all the rules and how things work. Those people are already working at at track. Everyone at HCR trys to help each other. Doing the IMCA Mod. line up isn't
the simplest thing to do. Although you sound like an expert
and don't sound like you are gamefully employed, maybe you could come up and show us how it's done! HCR has done a good job this first season. They have made some mistakes, but they have made efforts to fix them. I have a problem with people that always have something to complain about and never offer a solution to the problem. I am done.
