it was a hot dusty afternoon battling the Texas hill country heat and wind but in the Feature 13 Howie Marx from Somerset battled 07 Mark Dailey to claim his first win at HCR and the 3rd for Redneck only 29 David THE CRAZY CAJUN needs to get a win to match his team mates. Rookie Robert Martin got his 2nd feature win beating A-1jr Jace Brown 14yr old to take the win. Texas Outlaw Modifieds put on a great show 86 Uncle Bob Henderson made contact with turn four wall and was out but the remain racers put on a great show for the first appearance of many for them . Patrick Kelly was the feature winner. the $750 was won by car 109in the Demo and A-1 got 2nd $500 great job . The intermission Memorial Day Veterens Weekend tribute to our Veterans was done by me Rainbow Man with a few Polish Victory laps to Honors OUR VETS AND also Past Champions Like Alan who did it my way just like I do. Imaybe be loud and brightly colored but I have a great time announcing races and also drivin My Rookie Olds 403 rocket powered Cutlass . I got to drive some hot laps first time in the car since early last year and it felt great I will be testing and tuning it today with hopes to go to H.O.T with Reb for the Tx.> Nationals
