Go to Texas Thunder in Killeen. Take a pen and paper and copy down what they do. It works very well.

Double file restarts

Original start is out of turn 4 on green flag by flagman.

Restarts are between when the flagman turns off the yellow light on the back strait and turn 4. Leader can go anytime after the light goes out. If the leader hasnt' gone by turn 4 then flagman will turn on green and race resumes. If you snooze ya lose.

If a class is having problems on restarts, then line em up single file for the rest of that race.

None of the cone bs, or can I pass here or wait. Why the hell wait to pass if the green is out? Are ya racing or having a parade? If a guy jumps the start, yellow flag it and do over. If he does it again, score him a lap down.

Seriously, go to Texas Thunder. They have been doing it that way for years, and it works.
