Yankee, with a full field then single file restarts kill everyone past 5th. Most organizations have encouraged double file restarts the last few years including IMCA. I don't like restarting half a lap before you are going to get scored but that is what most tracks seem to do. There is not much jumping with these back straight starts and I don't hear any of the drivers that race this way complain. I don't think it is a very big issue as long as everyone understands. I really don't care either way. My son likes double file restarts much better.
