He was my Dad
A memory that will never fade
Drowning in emotions

Missing man formation
for an avid amateur pilot
Pulling my sensations together

He was my Dad
He was a great man,
A good father,
A good husband,
and a good friend

Today I met a lot of people
People whose lives my Dad had touched
People that I didn't know but knew him

He lived a full life
Scuba diving in New Mexico
Fishing at Lake Powell
Working with NASA and Honeywell Bull
as a computer engineer

I have accepted his death
yet I miss him and want him
by my side

Today, when I saw the missing man formation
Tears came down, blurring my vision
I held on to my baby

We ate and talked
Then, we went home.
