I think this is exactly what Lord Kavka is speaking of.
If you would have read the string, I bet you would have seen the plan was to take a character aside (Which means away from other people), and speak to them OOC about it. OOC is in no means IC. It wasnt to disrupt the game because you are twinking, it was for other people to disrupt the twinkee -- Hostess makes these for future reference -- away from others OOC.
