There is a raw material shop in Stonehaven though it's
there for raw metal mainly.
I think someone had a good suggestion with letting a
shopkeeper keep a list of what it will and will not buy.
This might be a better way of setting up shopkeepers instead
of the current method.

As far as what happens to the gold of people dying as far
as circulation goes...I tend to have to re-supply gold to
the bank more than it overflowing with gold. That means
that the money going into the game from newbies logging
in is higher than the money coming out of the game from
people dying with money in their account.
