OOC Pressure is NOT cool. People come to these kinds of games to have fun, and to role-play their character. Recently, I have heard of about some OOC pressures being applied to attempt to force people into the game. This simply isn't on. People do have other priorities and things they need/want to do, and YOU are not the centre of their universe. Telling someone they have X days RL time to complete a task, outside of the game is not cool. Some people play an hour a day. Get over it. Calling people names and abusing them because they won't log in for you when you want them to is also not. This is the ultimate in selfishness. Complaining about them and abusing them to every other online buddy is also not cool. What your character does ICly is your business, but when you start trying to lay guilt trips on people OOCly, because you know they can be easily upset, is seriously beyond lame, in fact, I am holding back from saying what I really think of the individual in this case, since I am aiming this more in a general sense, and I hope people will sit back and take a deep breath, and think about things before they going doing stupid stuff like telling people they have to do stuff because Elwar said it was OK to pressure people OOCly, then taking it back...seriously, does anyone think Elwar would REALLY say something like that?

Oops, ranted, oh well.
Jason.
