Hi all,

It's been awhile since I checked out the message board as time flies by sooooo quickly. This is a great website to catch up on people, events and best of all, remember things about Vermont and bring back some childhood memories. I really don't have a lot to say other than it's so hard to keep track of the holiday season since it's always in the 80s here... I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner. Maureen invited me over for Christmas and I'm planning on heading over to the "other side" of the island. We have only met once so far, but it was great and too short to really catch up. A lot has happened in both our lives in 25 years since high school. Mo told me about meeting a couple other folks on the island with connections from Vermont, and as it turns out, I work with two other folks from Vt; one went to CVU and the other to Burlington high school and his aunt lives on Willy's Court in Essex... How about that? It truly is a small world. I was home for a very quick visit at the end of Sept with my birth mother and aunt. They met my aunt living in Burlington and my brother Scott and his family. The visit went well and I was really happy to show Ruth (birth mother) where I grew up and thanked her very much for giving birth to my in Vermont...

Well, I need to get going; I have an appt to check out a resort on the Big Island and then come home and pack for my trip to Hong Kong tomorrow. I'm taking a tour from the base and am looking forward to visiting a new country... I really love to travel. Hey, if anyone is interested in buying a time share; the Marriott Barony Beach Club in Hilton Head, let me know. I bought it a couple years ago, and since moving to Hawaii, haven't been able to go once, so I'm selling it... Take care all and Happy Holidays, Robin
