Subject: My guys don't like the leash but some cats love it.. Kokers ..msg
In reply to: Cynthia (Garf's mom) 's message, "Hi there everyone. I appreciate all the responses and opinions to my dilema of "to give Nermal away, or not to give Nermal away". She is 3 years old and I have had her for 2. I sincerly do not believe that she would like to be tied on a leash but I could always try. Still weighing the pros and cons. I want to do what is best for her" on 18:54:59 07/02/00 Sun

has to tolerate being on the leash and held in my arms when he goes to TED's as he freaks out in the carriers. :(
Good luck in your decission..

  • Sorry to sound harsh Cynthia, but I can't see how giving her away would be 'her best interests' just because she wants to go outside. Try to look at it this way, just because she wants to do something doesn't make that ok,. Kids want to do things all the time but we don't just let them for their own safety. • Very well said Mona, I agree with you. Cynthia, I think you would be making a big mistake, i.e., you would worry about her all the time. IMHO, you should keep her. Whether she likes the leash or not, she would still be able to go outside, my boys dont like the leash either, but they love to go outside. nm (NT) -- Bailey, Shelby and Cody, 12:28:11 07/03/00 Mon
