Subject: I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but

When the ad at the top of the page(the on about money in 5 min) hits a certain point, my sceen freezes. I've had this problem with other ads. If I hit the stop loading button, the ad stops running, and all is fine, but it's getting to the stop button that can be agrevating.

Could it be something with Netscape 4.7? I've had other problems too. Or a setting that is off?

Those banner ads are linked from outside sources, and if there's a problem on that end, then it could affect the way it loads here. One thing you might try doing is clearing your cache. (NT) -- Darlene, 11:27:10 07/01/00 Sat

You might try turning off your Java, ActiveX, Auto Install, Java Script, etc. You could lose stuff you want like the movement you see in the money ad but you can turn them on if you need them and off if they cause problems. Do it like clearing your cache, but just click on Advanced and then select or de-select the various boxes. If something is not to your liking, just turn it back on.
