Los Directores de De Francisco Promoções e Eventos Ltda, que hace la promoción y organización del Certamen Senhorita Panamericana, fijado en São Paulo en enero del proximo año, comunican:

En virtud de que algunas personas han actuado como Delegados en forma precipitada y opuesta a las directrizes y aclaraciones previamente determinadas por esta organización, nos vemos en la necesidad de aclarar al público que, sin el envío de nuestra la Carta de Confirmación, NADIE está autorizado a autodenominarse Delegado para participar de nuestro certamen y al mismo tiempo deseamos aclarar los siguientes puntos:

1. Solamente después de la participación de la primera candidata enviada por representantes de los países interesados y del estudio del perfil del Delegado Nacional, será nombrado el franqueado para nuestro certamen, lo que ocurrirá después de 2005.

2. De Francisco se reserva el derecho de elección del representante nacional que mejor se adecue a los propósitos del certamen, y la empresa dará la preferencia de la franquicia a los Delegados que ya hayan realizado trabajos semejantes en sus correspondientes países.

3. La candidata y su Delegado deberán celar por la conducta correcta y el comportamiento moral de alto nivel, sin manchas, arriba de cualquier crítica, tanto en su país como durante y después del evento.

4. Esta organización no autoriza a ninguna persona a autodenominarse Representante Nacional del Certamen Senhorita Panamericana en su país sin el recibimiento de nuestra Carta de Confirmación, que será enviada después que De Francisco haya recibido sus documentos y formulario.

5. Si hay más de un interesado en enviar a la candidata por país, prevalecerá el buen criterio en la elección del Delegado. Esa elección será hecha después del estudio del historial de cada interesado, juntamente con otro material que pruebe su honestidad (periódicos, revistas, cinta casete, etc.).

6. Si hay más de un interesado por país, De Francisco va a informar que existen otros promotores del mismo país dispuestos a participar y les sugerirá que se reúnan en un Consejo Organizador para revezar en la elección y/o envío de la candidata a nuestro certamen.

7. En los países que no hay delegados interesados, la propia candidata podrá hacer su inscripción, siempre y cuando llene todos las exigencias.

8. En caso de que eso ocurra, la candidata será apenas PARTICIPANTE y no estará autorizada a trabajar como DELEGADA en el próximo evento.

9. Resaltamos que para el Concurso Senhorita Panamericana 2004 el valor solicitado a los delegados NO ES TASA DE FRANQUICIA, sino una TASA DE INSCRIPCIÓN, destinada al pago parcial de los gastos de la candidata durante el certamen. A partir de 2005, haremos el estudio de los delegados participantes en 2004 y de los nuevos interesados, para entregar la franquicia renovable.

10. Recomendamos a los interesados que no actúen precipitadamente como Delegados ante sus países ANTES de recibir nuestra Carta de Confirmación.

ATTENTION


The Officers of De Francisco Promoções e Eventos Ltda, which promotes and organizes the Senhorita Panamericana Pageant, to be hold on São Paulo in January, 2003, wants to inform that:

Due to some people is acting in advance and in a manner contrary to the directions and explanations that were previously established by this organization, we came in public to clarify that, WITHOUT RECEIVING OUR LETTER OF CONFIRMATION, NOBODY is authorized to appoint his/herself as Delegate, in order to join our pageant and, also, that:

1. Only after the participation of the first candidate sent by one representative of the interest country and the analysis of National Coordinator profile we will appoint the franchise holder to our pageant. This will occur from 2005 on.

2. To De Francisco is reserved the right to choose the national representative which is better, according to the pageants purposes. Our organization will prefer to give the franchise to Coordinator that had already done similar works in his/her country.

3. The candidate and her Coordinator shall keep a good conduct and moral behavior of high level, with no spot and not subject to any kind of criticism, in her country and during and after our event.

4. This organization does not authorize any person to appoint his/herself as National Coordinator on Senhorita Panamericana Pageant in his/her country without receiving the Letter of Confirmation, that will be sent after De Francisco had received his/her documents and entry form.

5. In case of having two or more organizations interested in representing his/her country on our pageant, it will prevail good sense while choosing de Coordinator. This decision will be made after analyze the resumé of each interested, and any other material which could prove his/her honesty (newspaper, magazines, videotapes, etc.).

6. In case of having two or more organizations interested in representing his/her country on our pageant, De Francisco will inform the interested about the situation and will suggest that these organizations form a kind of “Organizational Council” to take turns in choosing/sending the candidate to our pageant.

7. In the countries where there is no National Coordinator interested, the candidate herself can make her entry, since she fulfill ALL requirements.

8. In case this occurs, the candidate will be only a CONTESTANT and will not be authorized to perform as DELEGATE in the next version.

9. We reinforce the, concerning the Senhorita Panamericana 2004 Pageant, the amount required IS NOT A FRANCHISE FEE, but an ENTRY FEE, destined to pay partially the candidate’s expenses during our pageant. From 2005 on, we will analyze all delegates who participate on 2004 version and the new interested, to pass the renewable franchise.

10. We recommend to all coordinators interested to do not act as Delegates of his/her countries PRIOR to receive our Letter of Confirmation.
