Wow,I'm sure glad I got an email from him when I did! That was close and by the Grace of God I got an answer to put a end to the legendary ancient river theory of Rand Mountain from the man himself, Thomas Dibblee, 11-20-2004,R.I.P.

I always wanted to drive up to Santa Barbara and meet with him but kept putting it off.

The other guy I want to meet with is Ben Thompson who lives in the Randsburg area and still drywashes around the Stringer District. The stories that man could tell! This time I won't wait, but contact Charlies Ore house and see about getting in touch with Mr. Thompson. Have you met him Jim?
