Willy... my manual mentions the low-tone "all metal" audio response is approximently 500 K.

Minus(-)sign on the LTD in the DISC secondary high tone will will tend to also sound off in the presence of a positive hot rock and a + sign accompaning one that sounds off may be a non-ferrous good target.

If a negative hot rock sounds off usually there is no + or -on the LTD.

Hunting around old-timer trash causes the low/high chatter. Sorta similar but different than the double tone of the Garrett Infinium.

It is late... hope I'm not mixed up in what I have wrote..
