Jim and Rob :I worked for Jim on the placer property N of the Keystone Mine for about a year and a half. He was in the process of purchasing this property - which consisted of 160 acres - from some railroad company. I left before the deal was finalized -if it ever was. He did close the deal on the Keystone Mine while I was there with the intention of using the backhoe to dig down in Keystone creek to bedrock and extracting whatever gold was there. Don't know if they did this or found anything though. That whole area has produced some of the "strangest" crystalized gold I've seen anywhere. After I left and went back AZ- I was in contact with him for awhile- but over time- lost touch with him. Jim- along with Frugal Floyd- T Bone- Havasu Bill- George- will all be missed.
