Thanks for the information as I'm always looking for better suppliers. My parts did arrive this morning so I feel much better. Time to fill the room full of solder smoke and see what we come up with. So far there's only been one guy who's completed Carl's PI, a guy down in New Zeland. He was quite surprised by the amount of depth he got so that's encouraging. Was a good thing having a competant E.E. design it like Carl and of course with Eric Foster's input. I like it cause it's all analog, no uP and especially no A/D converter to make the decesions for me thank you very much.

Far as the Litz wire my old Amatuer Radio friend has the thickest Litz I've ever seen as he Mfr.s SSB two way radios for the 160-190 KC part 15 band and uses the wire for the loading coils and that's what will be used for my loops. Has an equivelant 4" cross section, not bad!

Thanks again!

Randy Seden
