Subject: Anyone goint to the Antelope Hunt on October 12?

Fun hunt with planted targets. Three hunts with entry fee of 12.50 each and lunch 5.00

Saturday, October 12th only. Free drycamping on Fri and Sat nights. portapotties there.

Place: Behind "The Outpost" 34141 116th St. in Pearblossm CA
Corner of Hywy 138 and 116th St E "The Outpost" is a shop selling rocks, jewelry, coins, Indian artifacts, fine art, etc. Owner, Scott Sandahl is very knowlegeable regarding all facets of prospecting.

I will be there Fri, October 11th, and stay overnight. I have signed up for all hunts.

About 30-35 are expected. It is not a competition hunt, but three events of about 1/2 hour each. (1)Progressive, (2)50/50 and (3)Potluck.. unfortunately, for "Ol' Dear Me", even tho it is not a "competition" event; notable "hotdogs" such as Dean Chapman, Mas Kadanoga, and Ralph Croweder have signed up.

I love these kinds of events and have been going to them since the early 1970's. Anyone interested can call Mike Temple at (818)341-8261.
