OK, I bought the coil. Now I'm going to try a little air testing & see how the Whites coils compare to each other, & how they compare to the stock coil on my GB2.Was going to make the GB2 my main detector & start picking up coils for it since it is the newest machine(although both it & the GM2 have less than 10 hrs on them)& everyone says pick one machine & learn it, but now that I have the large coil for the GM2 guess I'll just have to use them both & see what I like best. Anyone that has used both have any preferences? Gonna try & work thru some old tailings in the area this year, & there seems to be a LOT of iron trash. Which has the best discrimination?
Thanks for helping a rookie guys, I think you can really reduce the learning curve for all of us beginners.
